MixNight collects personal information when you register with MixNight. When you register we ask for information such as your name, email address, birth date, gender, ZIP code, favorite music genres, cities you frequent, and bio. MixNight does not collect any billing, PayPal, or credit card information, as all transactions are processed and authorized through PayPal. MixNight automatically receives and records information from your computer and browser, including your IP address, MixNight cookie information, software and hardware attributes, and the page you request.

MixNight uses information for the following general purposes: to customize the advertising and content you see, improve our services, contact you, and conduct research.

Child under age 13 are not allowed to register with MixNight and create an account.

Information Sharing and Disclosure
MixNight does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non- affiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:
